Course overview

For finance teams that already process payroll and now need to run it as a controlled, auditable function. The programme covers payroll policy design, segregation of duties, the audit trail an internal or external reviewer will follow, wage protection reporting obligations in the Gulf, and the calculation of end-of-service benefits. It also addresses the management side: costing payroll, forecasting it, and handling employee queries without eroding control.
